Alison has been a music educator for over twenty years, teaching a variety of instruments to adults and children in schools and communities throughout Victoria. After obtaining her Bachelor of Music (Hons) Alison worked as a session musician in Melbourne before focusing on her career in education. Alison has taught in Melbourne, Gippsland, Bendigo and Mildura where she became the regional flute teacher while studying for a Bachelor of Arts. Alison has guided many students through AMEB and VCE exams, as well as supporting and participating in many community arts events. Alison is also a fine and versatile actor much in demand in local productions. In 2017 Alison became a registered Music Together teacher and joined the amazing staff at Sunraysia Arts and Learning.
